We value your trust and are committed to providing transparent information about our refund and cancellation practices.

1. General Policy
Once a payment has been made for any of our services β€” including student lead subscriptions, tutoring sessions, demo classes, or any other package β€” it is non-refundable under all circumstances. All users are therefore advised to read and understand the service details carefully before making any payment.

2. No Refund Policy
No refund will be issued once a payment is successfully processed, regardless of: Change of mind after purchase Unused or partially used services Technical issues at the user’s end (e.g., internet, device, or login issues) Failure to secure a teaching assignment (in case of tutor subscriptions) Refunds will also not be provided if a student/tutor discontinues the service midway or chooses not to continue after allocation.

3. Cancellation Policy
Users (students, parents, or tutors) may cancel their registration or subscription at any time; however, no refund will be provided for any remaining duration or unutilized service. In the case of recurring subscriptions, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional conditions: Duplicate payment made due to technical error (verified by payment gateway records) Unauthorized transaction due to payment gateway error In such cases, the user must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction by emailing full payment details to info@homewisetutors.com . Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the same payment method within 7–10 business days.
